James Ironwood, I assume? His prosthetics are rather advanced so asking him is a good start.
My own experience with prosthetics is rather limited, but between myself and Varian I believe we're capable of creating something suitable for you.
I assume 'Shuu the Bird' indicates that he's literally a bird?
