I have the deep, incredible misfortune of living in his house.
You're an adult, I trust you to make your own decisions with... whatever in the blazes you would call this nonsense.
I'm purely objecting because, c'mon. You can do better than Ozpin. Especially since he's your ex.
And don't give me any nonsense about it "not being sexual" or it "being purely a courtesy." You of all people should know how sexually charged vampiric imagery is, especially direct bites.
[ Oh. Well, that explains how she found out, with both Willow and Ruby living with her. Still, if Ford were to start making a list of conversations he'd rather be having than this one he would be here for weeks. ]
Yes, I'm entirely aware of certain behavioral trends among vampires.
And I appreciate your confidence in me.
The situation with Ozpin is just a little complicated.
And again, I appreciate the concern. Just
someone your age shouldn't worry too much about what happens between someone like Ozpin and I.
Well, if you'd ever care for a chance to unwind, there's a few campaigns I'm interested in running or playing. They're much higher difficulty than most others so they may be to your liking.
I also have a few ideas for running a campaign of my own devising on the backburner, but I think I'd like to see how the game plays in practice for a little while longer before springing it on you and Sasha.
I've always had a fondness for these sort of... narrative games, although I didn't really have any partners for them back home. It's easy to turn my competitiveness into a desire to make the best story possible with everyone else, as cheesy as that may sound.
It's not cheesy at all! That's the very spirit of the game.
[ As for her other comment... well. Ford relates to that far more than he wishes he did - though mostly in the form of wishing that Sayo didn't have to deal with anything resembling the sort of isolation he did. ]
I'm glad you're able to enjoy it here, then. It's frustrating to not have anyone to play with.

I'm just telling you right now that your taste is awful and you can do much better. That's it.

I can't deny that I tend to make bad decisions about the company I keep.

I wasn't counting you among those mistakes, actually.
What makes you think I would?
whoops forgot this was technically BEFORE everything went to shit but i'll roll with it
Sorry. I've been up for a while and I get grumpy when I'm tired.

I'd be delighted to play in your campaign once we're done with this one. You picked up the rules and nuances much faster than most people I've taught.
